Impact of epidemic on electronic components industry

appliances. At the same time, the stay-at-home policy has stimulated the demand for entertainment such as personal 

computers and game consoles, and the purchase of consumer electronics semiconductors has increased, resulting in 

semiconductor production capacity tilting towards consumer electronics products in the first half of 2020. After the 

significant recovery of optional consumer demand such as automobiles in the second half of 2020, the chip inventories 

of related manufacturers declined rapidly, and it was difficult to quickly redistribute semiconductor production capacity, 

resulting in structural shortages.
